Aged in oak barrels, Mount Zero Red Wine Vinegar, has a deep berry/plum flavour taken from its main ingredient, wine, which is made from various wine grapes varieties. We believe red wine vinegar, not balsamic, is the best compliment to our oil when making dressings. Mount Zero Red Wine Vinegar adds flavour to soups, stocks and risotto.
