Support Open Hours
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
• Orders can be delivered Monday – Friday, subject to delivery area. Deliveries are made between 6am-6pm.
• Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
• Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
• Same Day Delivery (Melbourne Metro Only): Available Mon-Fri for orders placed before 12pm (additional delivery fees apply).
• Regional Victoria Delivery: Delivered within 1-3 business days (delivery fees apply).
• Click & Collect (Victorian Warehouse): Free collection from our warehouse weekdays - 8am to 6pm.
Customers can now pick up their orders at Foodlabz, 101 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West VIC 3020. With our click and collect service you can order in advance for same day or next day pick up. Our click & collect trading hours are 8am to 5pm.

Unfortunately, we do not offer live tracking for the moment, however you will get a SMS throughout the journey of your delivery advising on its near arrival. If you need more help seeking a more narrowed time frame, please feel free to contact our customer service team on info@bulkeatswarehouse.com.au to assist.
• All our products are packaged inside eco-friendly boxes. Scan the QR code on the bottom of your box for the best disposal method for our packaging.
• For orders with chocolate items, it is important to note that all our products are carefully packed in an air-conditioned facility. Orders containing chilled or frozen goods are delivered in refrigerated vehicles. BulkEats Warehouse cannot be held responsible for the melting of any products while in transit. We always do our best to retain product integrity as much as possible
• You will receive a text message the night before your order is due to arrive confirming it is being finalized and scheduled for delivery.
• On the day of delivery, you will receive text messages with up-to-date information on the status of your delivery with estimated times of your delivery.
• If you're not at home when your order arrives, your delivery will be left in a safe place, ready for you to collect once you get home.
• On the rare occasion where we're unable to contact you, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place and if one isn't available, or you have asked for it not to be left unattended, they will return your delivery to their warehouse to organize re-delivery.
• As we are a purely digital company, no packing slips or receipts will be included in your order. You can download a PDF copy of your invoice in your order confirmation email.
• All order confirmations and invoices for your transactions will be emailed to you at the time of finalizing your order. You will also be able to find your order history in your account profile once you are logged in.

Yes, just put the receiver’s address as the shipping address, and your own address as the billing address.
• If your delivery has been damaged, expired goods or the part of your delivery is missing please reach out to our customer service team at info@bulkeatswarehouse.com.au explaining what has happened. They will be sure to work with you on finding the best outcome and solution for you.
• If an item is out of stock and has not been packed in your delivery, a BulkEats Warehouse gift card will be issued to the value of the item that was not packed.
Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to change or swap out product sin preset bundles/gifts. However, if you have a bespoke requirement, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team on info@bulkeatswarehouse.com.au so they can advise and assist you with your needs.

• If you notice a product’s information is incorrect or missing, for further assistance please reach out to our customer service team.
We do not have a loyalty program, but we’d recommend signing up to our mailing list to find out when new products, brands & specials are launching.
