Great in a toastie!

Melts really well and has a nice flavor. I am not vegan, but I have dairy issues, even lactose free dairy products give me terrible IBS and flare up my dermatitis. I still eat things like ham and cold meats, so I miss a basic but delicious ham, cheese tomato toastie. Some plant based cheeses dont quite hit the spot but I love this cheese, especially aired with the Oat melt, it's very nice.
