Del Bocia is a Coburg North butter maker producing uncultured, slow-churned butter from grass-fed Victorian cream, naturally lactose-free. This variety is lightly salted with natural South Australian sea salt. Sold at 125g.

Simply spread on warm sourdough, finish grilled corn or steamed veggies, melted over roasted fish or prawns, used in a classic beurre noisette, or on pancakes and waffles.
