The Flavour Breakdown This is Bubble Gum Ice Cream Flavour turned up to eleven. It’s that iconic, nostalgic sweetness swirled with a distinct bubblegum zap that hits harder than a 40-degree day. But we didn’t stop at the flavour - we’ve loaded the block with chewy lolly bits to deliver that sticky, stretchy texture every sugar junkie craves.
It’s creamy, it’s chaotic, and it’s arguably the most unhinged thing we’ve brought back from the vault.

I came across this chocolate after a reel popped up on my feed by @balinreviews.official and I immediately ADDED TO CART!! This LIMITED EDITION, reimagined ICONIC Bubble O’Bill, (*but definitely not Bubble O’Bill), inspired chocolate block, creatively named Trouble O’Bill, NOW known as, Redacted “Bubblegum Ice Cream” Chocolate Block.. is seriously AMAZING!!
Handcrafted in Melbourne by @choced.au , they have literally created a fun, unique, sweet and crispy masterpiece! It’s all about detail.. I feel like the colours airbrushed on top of the chocolate block are a nod to the Australian classic ice cream flavour combination of strawberry and caramel, and that filling.. OMG, that filling is bang on in flavour, and is way better than any bubblegum nose!
Impressive in looks, thickness, taste and texture, it has small chewy raspberry jubes and delicious rice crispy pieces, mixed into that gorgeous bubblegum flavoured blue filling. The chocolate encasing it is smooth and creamy.
Being limited edition, this is not a mass produced product. These blocks are formulated by artisans who take time to create premium crafted, distinguished mouthwatering delights, so you expect to pay the $22 price-tag and it is worth every cent!
The packaging is colourful, fun and bold, and that foil is so thick and lux! This block is a nice way to treat yourself or gift it to someone who would appreciate the taste of this legendary quintessential treasure.
I was super impressed with the delivery by @ipantryau . I was sent informative texts right up until delivery and it was beautifully packaged in an insulated bag with ice packs.
Will definitely be purchasing from Choced again in the future! I should have bought 2!!
