Our famous Maltese sausage is a 3rd generation family recipe. It is a free range pork sausage with a blend of salt, pepper, coriander, garlic and parsley in a pork casing. The Maltese often eat this sausage raw on fresh bread with cheese. This sausage is gluten free.
