Thai Green Chicken Curry For 2 500g

An authentic Thai curry with zucchini, green beans and kaffir lime leaf, best served with rice

Weight/Serving Size 500g

Heating/Cooking Instructions

Microwae - Heat on high in the microwave for 3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal). Let the meal stand for 1 min, allowing the balloon to subside. Carefully remove lidding film, allowing any steam to safely escape. Enjoy!

Storage Method Keep refrigerated between 1-4 degrees, may be frozen

Free range chicken, coconut, zucchini, baby corn [corn (52%), Water, Salt, Food Acid (330)], green beans, coriander, green curry paste [lemongrass, garlic, red onion, galangal, chilli, coriander, turmeric, krachai, lime, coriander, white pepper, cumin, salt], canola oil, palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind, lime leaf, extra virgin olive oil.

Allergen Declaration Contains: fish, crustacea. May contain: nuts, peanuts, milk, egg, tree nuts, sesame, soy.

This Thai green chicken curry receives mostly positive feedback. Customers said it's "absolutely delicious" with authentic taste and intense flavour. The 500g portion serves 2 people well. One reviewer noted the sauce was creamy with generous chicken, though felt the lemongrass/kaffir lime balance was off. Most praised it as a convenient freezer option.

Needs better balance

Generous portion of chicken, sauce was creamy - a shame that it was off balance. Probably too much lemongrass/kaffir lime/tamarind.
